Holistic therapy to help regulate your nervous system, embody authenticity, and become a loving ally to yourself

My Approach
I've trained in psychoanalytic psychology and am deeply inspired by the work of Carl Jung, James Masterson, James Hollis, and others who understand that the psyche has depth worth exploring. I'm also interested in philosophy—in seeing the world from as many angles as possible.

I've studied Buddhist Psychology with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Dr. Richard Schwartz before he became a household name, and trauma work with Janina Fisher. Currently, I'm studying Hakomi—a somatic therapy methodology that treats the body as a map of the unconscious. It pairs beautifully with IFS and parts work.

I'm an eclectic therapist. I draw from multiple traditions because people are complex and one-size-fits-all approaches rarely work. Many of my clients are therapists themselves, as well as deep-thinkers, creatives, and business owners—people who want more than surface-level solutions.
I've also trained in couples and sex therapy, though I'm selective about the couples I work with. I prefer working with people who are serious about the work, willing to take full accountability for themselves and their histories, and open to attending individual therapy alongside couples work. Relationships—romantic or not—are where we learn the most about ourselves.

The therapeutic relationship matters to me. I welcome honest communication about what's showing up between us. What do you think I'm thinking about you? How does that play out in your other relationships? Therapy can make life endlessly interesting when we're willing to look at these patterns together.

My approach is dramatically non-pathologizing. We'll work with shame until we can see things clearly: you're just a human like everyone else, entitled to your flaws and idiosyncrasies. Never all bad or all good—just human.
